For those of you know me, you know I am an artist endorsee for the Warrior brand. I'm a fan, I'm an owner and yes, I also pay for my basses. Warrior is special. We just lost my dear friend JD Lewis. This bass is kinda special - I bought this a few minutes before I found out that the business lost one of the greats. I'll display this behind my shop counter until it sells as a warm reminder of the entire Lewis family.
I own a Dran, a Bella and a Messenger. The first one I owned was a purple soldier. The soldiers are a throw back to the simple boutique bass. Great woods, great construction and more basic, more analog than a modern boutique. The controls are simple - Volume, Bass, stacked Mid and treble. The tone is very similar to a B02 era Stingray. The bass plays wonderful, she has some player wear as she has been in service for about 30 years but shows no abuse. The Soldier is the older brother to the Messenger. fully stock, Basslines pickup, 8.2 lbs.
Used asis - Comes with a gig bag
