Consignment Terms & Conditions

Flemington Guitar Shop Consignment Terms & Conditions. 

Persons wishing to have products listed for sale on Consignment with Flemington Guitar Shop, there are no limits to the length and time. Persons can take back their instruments at anytime for any reason. 

When listing your products with Flemington Guitar Shop will pay persons by check for the amount  of sale minus our 20% Consignment percentage.

Flemington Guitar shop agrees to keep a safe and climate controlled environment for the instruments in Flemington Guitar Shop's ADT Alarmed and humidified facility. Flemington Guitar Shop will also take care of tuning, string, cleaning and string breakage with no cost to the persons listing the product. Any string replacement will be done with DR Strings.

Check List:

Copy of ID, Picture of person holding the instrument, Cellphone number, Email, Address, Signature on consignment document, Venmo ID or Name for Check if and when sold. 

BUYING USED GEAR:

If we make an offer to buy your instrument, You will be offered (If we have a need to purchase). 

No more than 50% of the used selling price. 

This is a standard for reselling. 

We only accept trades at 50% of their value.
