Flemington Guitar Shop Consignment Terms & Conditions. 

Persons wishing to have products listed for sale on Consignment with Flemington Guitar Shop, there are no limits to the length and time. Persons can take back their instruments at anytime for any reason. 

When your product sells with Flemington Guitar Shop, we will pay client by check/Venmo for the amount of sale minus our 25% Consignment percentage.

Flemington Guitar shop agrees to keep a safe and climate controlled environment for the instruments in Flemington Guitar Shop's ADT Alarmed and humidified facility. Flemington Guitar Shop will also take care of tuning, string, cleaning and string breakage with no cost to the persons listing the product. Any string replacement will be done with DR Strings.

Check List:

  • Copy of ID,
  • Picture of person holding the instrument,
  • Cellphone number,
  • Email, Address,
  • Signature on consignment document,
  • Venmo ID or Name for Check if and when sold. 

BUYING/TRADING USED GEAR:

We do buy and take trade-ins If we choose or need it.(used guitars, pedals, amps, stands, guitar accessories only) We can only offer 50% if we choose to buy the instrument or 55% trade credit of the items used value. Condition of the items affect the value of all instruments. We will not take broken or none working items.
If we choose to accept a trade, the sales instrument or instruments will be at full price. The
sales for any event only applies to non trades.
